    Too Much Wear on this Impeller Wear Plate?

    Here is an image of the impeller wear plate off my 1955 Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5. Is there too much wear to reuse it? The impeller housing also has a small groove, but not as deep as the ones seen here. Thanks.

    Hi there. My search skills are obviously not that great, as I can't seem to find information on how to remove the high speed needle. I can turn it a bit either way, but am unsure if it just screws out. I don't want to force it. Thanks for any help on this. Peter
