the boat is covered in this rough scaly light red and green/blue crust. its not deep but its everywhere. not sure what it is. wondering if i can clean it and with what. and if i dont clean it can it progress.
i unbolted the lower unit near the impeller, pulled down and it would only go so far. the shift lever would move to reverse as i pulled down. how do i disconect the drive shaft or gears.
