I have a 1989 Bayliner 5.0 Cobra Motor that just won't spark. I have a test light that comes on when I touch both the positive and negative side of the coil. Is this normal? Changed out the coil, starter (it needed it) plugs, condenser, points and rotor. Ran just fine last season just can't get...
