    bogs under load

    fuel pump leak

    I have a Johnson 225 1986 VRO - At the fuel pump/vro the gas in barb has a crack and is leaking air into the system, and when pumped hard gas out. Priced new part over $450. This leak looks like some two part epoxy would fix, does anyone have thoughts on t his fix? Thank you in advance for...

    Runs Rough

    I have a 70 hp (1980), ran great, picked up water in onboard tank - then ran rough at wot - but smooth at lower speed. Then today after running 45 minutes out slow, it ran fine coming back. Do the carbs hold water in bottom? What do I need to do to have confidence that motor will run well...
