Looking at buying a 85 ob i/o Rinker190v with 292 I-L6, anyone have any suggestions on if it would be a good idea and if it would do a good job pulling 2 adult tubers?

Looking to buy this weekend a 20ft Open Bow Baretta with newly rebuilt Mercruiser 4.3L i/o, new floors and new interior for $2000. My question, what else do i need to pay attention to or look out for with this particular boat? anything helps thanks
Looking at buying a 20ft 88 baretta ob with a i/o Mercruiser 4.3L engine, and I would like to know if this is going be a good enough boat/engine for pulling two tubes with adult riders or if i need to look for a smaller boat with a 4.3L? Any words of advice would be great thanks.
