We checked the starter relay and it looks like that was bad. Switched it out with one of the other three relays.
Got 12V between pin A and pin B
Also checked between pin A and engine block and got 12V.
Pin A and C - jumped
Pin A then touch N - clicking noise from relay - nothing starting...

with (+) battery connected to (+) on starter solenoid and (-) battery to engine block.
with a multi meter, we checked pin A to engine block - no voltage
checked pin A to pin B - no voltage
checked pin B to (+) battery - 12V
90 amp fuse good
50 amp fuse good
sets of 4...

We have checked the 90 amp fuse - OK
Checked the 50 amp fuse - OK and...
We are trying to start a 2011 Mercruiser 4.3 MPI on a stand. The engine harness is 14-pin. How do you start the engine? We have tried connecting A and B pins then connected N to +on battery. Starter relay is clicking - nothing else. Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated. Also - battery...
