Ive got a 1987 Johnson 225 VRO. It's mounted on my 1991 Barefoot Warrior. Im installing a high speed jack plate this weekend and I want to install a low water pickup nose cone to ensure proper cooling. Who makes the best and where can I get one ?

I have a 1987 225 VRO. Most recently I took out a lower unit and had to have it replaced. Up until that time the motor was a lil hard to start. It's always had what I think is an over cooling issue.
Now that I replaced the lower unit, the motor is horrible to start...
