i recently got a 9.8 mercury outboard and am having some fuel issues, it was getting fuel fine and running wide open on the lake, now it wont turn over at all unless i put fuel straight down the plugs, i have no idea what the problem may be any suggestions would help!!! thanks!
I was just given a 9.8hp merc and am having some problems, i had it running out on the water and it was overheating and not pumping water, i replaced the impeller and had it running again in a barrel it started up fine and right away was pumping water, went to start it up again and it wont kick...
