Does any one has the bolt Torque specs for "Mercruiser 5.0 v8 1995, manifold and risers" and/or instruction to replace them. (diagram etc)

Just bought this 1995 Bayliner 2452 classic last week, trying to fill up the water tanks but water is going from top and getting out from the bottom of the boat and some leaking into the cabin floor, have no clue where it is coming from and how to fix it. :confused:
