    Judging from the photo's it looks to me like the anchor is being pulled a little to srbd by a combination of the 2 forces , Chain and Safety Line. If it were me I would loosen up on the chain (by a link) and tighten up on the safety line. add a stainless plate or possibly a shock absorbing...
