    Thank you for the reply. I have changed both relays at the trim pump. Still only goes down. It will go up if I jump from the battery to the down (blue) wire.

    I have a 94 Volvo Penta 290DP. The trim will go down but not up. I jumped from the battery to the blue UP wire and it went up. I jumped above the relays, does this mean that they are good and the problem is elsewhere? Thanks
