Have a 91' Capri 1850 and I am having trouble finding an interior part. My vinyl padded dash that surrounds the *glove compartment*? is torn up. Previous owner put some black tape over it... sub-par. Any advice on where I can find a replacement cover/dash?

I just recently purchased a 91' Capri 1750 with a Force 90hp. Boat is tight, motor runs great but steering is very stiff. I disconnected the *trailing arm*? / *drag link*? from the motor. The motor moves very easily and freely so I know its not the king pin binding. Steering rack up front...
