My 150 Fast Strike has no spark. I replaced the power pack and that was not it. I by unplugged the engine harnass and bypassed the solenoid and still no spark. Nest I want to test the cranking voltage coming from the stator. According to my manual it should be a minimum of 50 volts. Would that...
