Started working on a 3 cylinder 55 hp johnson and I've been searching a lot but can't find any info on this motor. What are the torque specs for all the bolts of the powerhead, including the rodbolts?

I just bought a johnson 6 hp I already cleaned the carberator gave it new spark plugs and it runs great but when I put it behind my boat and put it in forward it is absolute not getting full power it does not even look like my 3 hp yamaha
