Ihave a 1979 evinrude 115 with the internal tilt and trim.The tilt and trim work fine going up and down , but it bleads down preety quickly . Icant find any leaks and never have to fill the thing.Iknow you have to fill it in the up position. Does anyone know whats wrong.
