Looked at a 97 bayliner capri with 3.0LX mercruiser today. While running with the muffs on I noticed a lot more water out the starboard side exhaust right at back of transom than the port side. Is this normal? If not what would cause this?

Looked at a 97 Bayliner capri today with the 3.0LX Mercruiser. I noticed the intake is obviously cracked (see attached picture). When the motor ran with the muffs on I didn't notice anything around the cracks (water, air hiss, etc.). Is this a common problem after this many years or is this a...
I see a 1995 Procraft fish and ski w/115 hp mercury for sale. I'm married with 3 kids (3, 4 1/2, and 6 yr old). I'm looking for something we can fish out of probably 60% of the time and ski/tube 40% of the time. How are these boats? Is the 115 Mercury enough? Do very well in rougher water?
