I have a 4.5 outboard. I've tried hard to start it. Close, but no cigar !!
New fuel, proper oil mix. Purged fuel line, no crap going through anywhere.
Some success after cleaning carburetor. However, the engine still won't start.
Priming with bulb, fuel squirts out hole at top of bowl assy...
