    1974 evinrude tell tale

    hi all just got a evinrude outboard ?100 got it started with new fuel in a big test tank of water and turned it straight off believe its a 1974 number is 254b63m think its a 74 question is does it have a tell tale as i dont want to start it not knwing if its pumping thanks
