I bought a 70 hp Evinrude that was running good but had set up for about 2 years. Rebuilt the carbs and installed a water pump. Bench tested (with water hose) seem to run good in and out of gear. I installed it on a 1993 pontoon replacing a 40 hp Evinrude.
Finally here is my problem! Started...
