I was done fishing and on my way to the dock, going about 4000 RPM, NOT Full Throttle, suddenly the RPM drop to about 2200. Check the gauges, no buzzing, no blinking. I stop the engine and start it again. Idle OK, but Full Throttle no more than 3000 RPM. At home, I check : oil OK...
