I have a 1967 merc 110 9.8 and I just replaced the lower unit, and now it is always in the forward gear. If anybody has any tips I would really appreciate it. Thanks fellas
I have a 1967 merc 110 9.8 and my lower unit went out. It had the short drive shaft, and I found a 1969 lower unit but it has a long driveshaft. I was not sure if I could swap out the driveshafts or if they would even match up. Any advice would be very Helpful. Thanks guys
I went on the lake yesterday and my motor would wind all the way out but my prop would not spin, i got home and was leaking lower unit oil down by the prop. I do not know alot about outboards and i really would appreciate the help. Thanks
