Hello. I got a 1986 ringer omc outdrive just had lower unit rebuilt and brand new 07 4.3l vortec. When outdrive was out of boat we could shift it. Since we put the engine and outdrive back in the boat, It will not shift, It is real cold here Im not sure if those wires get cold or What? I drained...
