    Make sure that fuel lines are not running close to anything that gets hot, if so, replace with new hose and wrap in reflective tape before installing. If its a hot only issue, could be too running too rich, but could also be hot fuel going to the carbs. Also did you replace the intake gaskets...

    I haven't seen specifically a 130 Honda, but on other Honda outboards I've not seen anodes under the cowling on some, just on the leg. Then on others, on both the leg, and under the cowl.
