No I have not , I took it out today fired right up with PS in normal position but it coughed and sneezed idling cold ( 70 deg air temp ) I let it warm up for about 10 minutes I measured 6 volts on blue wire going to PS and rev it up with no change . This should be 12 volts and it comes from the...
