    where goes this hose?

    hi! I've finished the assembly of my Evinrude 115hp 1994 after having changed 2 pistons. But it remains one draining hose on port side I don't know where it should be plugged. There is also a a black wire on port side I haven't managed to plug. Someone could help me? Thanks
