    1994 50 HP Evinrude--No Spark..

    Hi, I have a 1994 50 Horse Evinrude (E50TLERE) that will not start.. There is no fire from the coil to the plugs... I checked the 2 wires running from the Power Pack to the each end of the coil and each has 2.0V when the motor is turning over... My question is... is 2 volts the correct voltage...
