    I'm trying to put my new outdrive on, the boats in full forward as well as the out drive, but when i put it on the outdrive it pops out of gear, when i move the shifter, forward becomes netrual, Netrual stays netrual, and reverse becomes forward please help id like to put it in the river...

    trying to put my new alpha one on but it wont go on the out drive and the motor are in full forward gear one i get the shaft in to the coupling it just stops moving the motor is aligned perfectly please help
