    92 Suzi DT40 rectifier

    Just bought a 92 DT40 tiller pull-start, starts and runs great (so far in the test tub). Previous owner had the rectifier white wire fused and tied into the rectifier's ground with 6 feet of wire and a marette... anyone have an idea as to why he might do that??? Going to "re-ground" rectifier...

    Hi - I'm resurrecting this old motor, I got a new head gasket. My question: the old one has "slots" for the water jacket, the new one has a couple little holes (no slots). Should I "carve out" or punch out the slots?? picture attached Thanks

    Proper prop for 82 Merc 500??

    Hello - current prop has "48 73136A4 13P" stamped into it, it's on a 1982 15 foot Deltacraft with a Merc 500 (50 HP), needs a new prop but I don't really know what to look for or what the prop numbers mean... any help is muchly appreciated! Thanks

    Hello, now here! Fixing up a 1982 DeltaCraft with a 50 HP Merc and quicksilver controls have a 4-wire system for tilt/trim with a Brown/White stripped wire. Anyone know what this wire does? Everything on tilt/trim works but I don't know what this wire goes to. Thanks
