    86 Johnson 200 #2 carb spitting fuel from tube in carb throat. (high speed oriface??)

    Ok, so i had a problem with my #1 carb overflowing out the overflow tube. Fixed that by replacing float valve and adjusting float.     1973 Stamas Orion 21' thru hulls below water line on bow.

    Just bought a 1973 Stamas Orion 21' and it has two thru hulls on the bow below the water line (one is larger than the other). Inside the forward storage compartment of the boat is where they come through and there isnt any hoses hooked up to them, just a wire hose clamped on connecting the two...

    86 johnson 200 tilt tube / tilt tube bushing question.

    My Johnson 200 is very sloppy. i can move it around by hand quite a bit. I noticed the plastic tilt tube bushings have come out and are now hanging loosely in the middle of the tilt tube. Would not having these bushings in place make the whole motor move loosely on the tilt tube? Would this also...

    Hey all, Im looking to remove the control valve on my 86 Johnson 200 because it is leaking. I know i can remove it and replace with thermostats from a newer 200 (93 or later i think) which ive heard is better than having a control valve.
