    02 Johnson wont idle when cold

    Runs well once it warms up, strong at all other rpm ranges, just a problem with idle. New plugs this spring, no difference.

    How to install cleats???

    Need to install cleats on the bow of my boat, don't know how to install a backing plate under the cleat, because I can't get get to the underside of the bow. Any ideas would be appreciated.
