I am resealing the lower unit on a 1996 Johnson 30HP J30ELEDE. I have it apart (first time on one of these) and there are 2 o-rings and a nylon washer that seal the shift rod. My question is how do you get the old washer and o-rings out and new ones in. Are there special tools or a trick that...
