Can somebody help me? In the owners manual, what i have, there is not the datas from the switches. The question is which switch what does operate?

I have an Bayliner 2755, 1989, whit OMC 5.7 (230 HP) engine. Does anyone know what kind of outdrive has this boat?
The other question, what is the gear ratio of this outdrive?
I would like to change the engine for an diesel engine becouse i need this informations.
