1971 Johnson 50hp Electric Shift - off an old duratech. 119 and 125 compression in the cylinders. I poured a little gas in the cylinders last night, and turned the key and she fired up for a second.(ended up with wrong gas tank fittings)...

Evinrude 9.5 sportwin...guessing late 60s--early 70s? Anyone tell me anything about this motor? What would you pay for it, if it runs? Or would you go newer based on parts, etc? About all I know.
Hey Guys, been having some trouble locating the pin length I need for my rollers on my trailer. 1/2" diameter pins....but need to be 6 5/8 - 7"...all I can seem to find is 6 1/4. I did find one at white's marine, but there shipping is a rip off. Any other ideas?

Question : Since I will have the cracks (circled in red) welded shut, and possibly the whole lower seam (green circle) welded shut bc it leaks like a siv....would anyone reccomend welding this entire piece of aluminum to the rest of the hull...
