Hey guys, I have a 1985 merc 25hp that at mid to low rpms it runs very choppy. At full throttle it's very smooth and it goes, but in the mids to lows its not. I took out the carb and cleaned it and the diaphragm looks stretched.(probably original). Is this my problem?
