Hi. I have a 1992 evinrude 175hp. It needed a pump motor when I got it. I pulled the whole trim/tilt assembly off and changed the motor. While on the bench, I filled it and raised it. Tried to lower it and it won't go down. I am using test leads directly to a battery, so I know its not a relay...

I am looking to repower my boat with as little cost as possible. I have a blown 1987 110hp that I would like to use for parts.
I found a 1986 120hp with a bad power pack very cheap.
I checked part numbers here and came up with:
1986 120hp power pack part# 113-3101
1987 110hp power pack...
I have a 1970 55 chrysler motor that will not pump water.
I finally figured out why... There is no plate between the impeller and lower unit. Whoever put this together, must have lost the part. I went to put a new impeller in it and realized it was missing.
I cannot seem to find anything other...
