anyone have a info on how to fix a 1987 mercruiser 165 Hp 4 cyl alpha one outdrive with throttle control problems ? Have a square button to push for neutral - doesn't work. I can't start engine because of this. What makes this button so hard to push to get it into neutral ? Please...
