    Crankshaft key

    HELP!!!..Big new problem....been working on flywheel to replace magnets....finally got them on..ran the boat and heard a horrible grinding sound...pulled flywheel and the crankshaft key broke off. Why did thid happen?...can it be fixed? Thanks

    Flywheel magnents

    Working on flywheel. Anyone know how remove magnents from one flywheel to another in a merc 120 hp flywheel. I tried blowtorch and hammer, both are doing damage to magnents. original flywheel magnents came loose and broke into pieces.
