I have a 1992 16" stratos bass boat that i'm working on and i'm trying to get some info. for re-finishing the top side. I realize that the enamel looking stuff over the paint is Gel Coat, or so i've heard. Anybody have any tips for beginning to end to make it look new? Need to know the steps. Thanks
