    1983 Duracraft with Evinrude 115HP starter problem

    We recently went to the lake, and forgot the keys to the boat. I tried to hotwire it, and think i really screwed something up. When we got home, I tried to use the key, but nothing happens. Could this be a blown fuse? If so, where is the fuse box?
