    You may have a Blockage in, or an internal collapse of the Fuel Line between the Pump and Carb. How old are the Lines?

    The 1980 and 81 140 did have a Jet(#3 in diagram) that was stamped #29 on it. Back in the Day, OMC was touting their 3 Jet Carburation
