I have a 96 Volvo Penta 5.7 Gi . It has TBI. When I start the boat cold it turns over about 5-8 seconds before it starts. When it starts it runs great. I was just wondering if it should start right away . After it warms up and we've been riding I'll shut it off and we'll anchor for a few hours...
