    Ill have to take photos of the engine after work today and yes new plugs and coil were installed and its a conventional pump

    They old owners said they got a new boat and had this one for their kids but they just didnt use it and compression was 115psi and 120psi

    The throttle cable moves yes, shift cable moves also. I didnt have the boat last season i picked it up from someone that had it sitting for the passed two years

    Yes i replaced all the gears in there and got everything meshed together

    I have tried adjusting the throttle cable itself and while replacing all gaskets i made sure to put everything back just as it was when i got into it

I finally have got it running (with manually giving it throttle) but the problem i am running into is when it shifts in reverse it goes full throttle. When i shift all the way into the forward gear it barely gives it throttle...
