I'm new to boating just bought first boat a month ago. Its a 1999 Four Winns with a Volvo Penta 4.3 carburated. Ran great until about a week ago. I was out on the water and all of a sudden I lost alot of power in the engine. It bogs down and at full throttle can only go about 2500rpm. Came home...
