I"m putting a omc engine in a mercruiser boat. have all the hardware from the mercruiser and aware that it has to be change over from omc to mercruiser. is this doable.
Does anyone know if you can mate a 3.0 omc engine to a mercruiser outdrive, particulary in the bell housing drive shaft area. can one convert the controls from omc to mercruiser controls. i have mercruiser controls and outdrive and would like to mate an omc engine. is this possible.
original motor had cracks in head and block, after rworking new motor it seems to run good, does motor have to run at full throttle to get it on plane or does adjustment of power trim have anything to do with it.
After doing reinstallation of my boat engine and outdrive my boat while in the water i can not get it on plain, its wants to go to about a 45 degree angle and remain there. anyone what adjustments i need to make to get it on plain.
