I have a 2003 mercury 40hp cylinder 2 stroke. I believe my oil pump is leaking oil at the bottom. Are they a way I can eliminate the oil pump or do they make a block off kit or a rebuild kit eplt is my model number have prolly 6oz oil or more in my bottom cowling hoses is dry and tank is dry...
