Hi folks new here and i need help. I have a 87 60hp Mercury outboard. had fuel issues (no fuel, floats were sticking) the past month so i rebuilt the 2 carbs and all was good for about an hour!! now The motor bogs down when i hit the throttle. we messed with the air jets and it worked.... drove...
