    Putting lower unit back together

    On my 1985 200 black max, the manual says to put a thin bead of silicone sealer on exhaust divider plate. What is this? There is no illustration in the book.

    What year is my motor?

    I have an 80's black max 200 with a serial number of oa113769. I cant seem to find out what year the motor is. Anyone out there have any idea? Thanks

    my black max is running hot

    My 86 black max 200 is running very hot and alarms go off then my motor shuts down. I also do not get full throttle without it bogging down. I drained fuel tank and carb bowls and started with fresh fuel, but cant seem to get it to run good. Any thoughts. Thanks

    loss of power at full throttle
