I understand that JetBoats don't have a true neutral, but with the Bayliner Jazz having a "throttle only" pull-out button(silver button) on the control, shouldn't the impeller not spin when this is pulled out? I've attached a photo not of mine, but I have the same one. My impeller still spins...
