OK. so i tried disconnecting the kill circuit and still get nothing. I put a volt meter to one of the spark plug wires and got 4 volts at its peak. ive checked all grounds and they all seem ok. all cdi/coil grounds are fine. now what? how could something die just sitting over the winter...
