i am having a problem with a 2003 25 hp mercury 4 stroke. the motor cranks and runs great but will not shut off until it runs out of gas! it has a keyed off-on-start ignition, a kill button on the tiller handle, and an emergency overboard lanyard kill. none of those will kill...
